How to select sunglasses?

Sunglasses not only can protect your eyes from dangerous UV rays, they'll also let you express your sense of style, as well as show off your personality. Sunglasses with amber or orange tints are ideal for high glare sports like boating, skiing, and flying. The dark tint reduces eyestrain, making it an ideal tint for driving, cycling, and running. Rose, vermillion, and yellow are all solid daytime tints.
